Australia Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $200.
Standard Shipping for all orders under $200 is $12.95. Please allow approximately 10 - 14 business days for your delivery.
All delivery estimates exclude order processing time (generally 5 business days).
Currently we are unable to offer International Shipping. We hope to offer this soon!
Returns Policy
Refunds
We truly hope you love your purchase as much as we do. However, we understand if you change your mind, or it doesn’t suit your project. Therefore, we gladly offer a full refund so long as your return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different items.
The fastest way to update your order is to return the item(s) you have make a separate purchase for the new item. Please refer to our refunds policy for eligibility of your request for refund.
Faulty Items
If upon delivery your item(s) is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item(s), or offer a full refund of the damaged item including shipping if we are notified within 48hrs of receipt of your item.
Please email us at hello@handlesupplyco.com.au with a photo(s) of the damaged item(s). Please include your order number and preference for either a refund or replacement of the same item.
Return Process
Please return your item(s) in its original condition and in the original unmarked packaging supplied (including boxes, mounting hardware, fixing screws and accessories and protective wrapping). Any item(s) returned without packaging cannot be accepted. Please ensure you package the item(s) extremely well, as any damage in transit will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be given for products returned in unsaleable condition.
Please allow up to 7 days from receipt of your returned item(s) for processing.
Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed. We will notify you via email to let you know once your refund has been processed.
Shipping costs for returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
