We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, please refer to our returns policy to determine in eligible for a refund.

We recommend using warm soapy water. Wiipe over your handles on a reqular basis to keep the suraface clean. Do not use harsh chemicals as this may affect the product finish.

We provide a 2 year warrany on all hardware products for defect in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. The product finish is guranteed for 12 months.

If a product is installed incorrectly or damaged during installation, this is not covered. Any claim for warranty will be at our discretion.

Samples are not currenly available through our store.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

All orders under $200 will incur a standard shipping rate of $12.50.
